Jan’s autobiography highlights her love for writing short stories, a passion she has cultivated for several decades. She introduced the concept of a “tactibarrlemac” (camel rabbit cat) during her college years. This whimsical creature became the central character in her stories, particularly in tales shared with her grandson, Victor, during his infancy. Currently residing in Raleigh after growing up in Baltimore, Jan embraces the role of “Nana” and enjoys playing golf while passionately supporting her Maryland sports teams.
